For different reasons , you may need to filter devices that are using the application , and have specific details based on your company requirements. To see the filtered devices and do an advanced search go to :

Below we are explaining each of the filters for the function it has
On the add filter list choose App ID
You will see another field added below , and the option has a dropdown list. Here you can choose the application platform from the available platforms. After selecting the platform , the management system will automatically show the results for the devices filtered.
On the add filter list choose App Version
A free text field will be added below , and you need to enter the application version. After writing the application version , the management system will automatically show the results for the devices filtered.
You can filter all application releases , on production or for beta testing. Please note that the application version should be written exactly as it is (with special characters included) to be a valid search.
On the add filter list choose Api Version
Api Version shows the android OS , which is one of the data’s generated from the device and recorded on the management system. This filter helps you to filter devices for a specific android version
On the add filter list choose Ntype
Devices can connect via Wi-fi , Ethernet or GPRS , which are also listed on the drop-down list when choosing Ntype filter. After choosing one of the these 3 options from the filter view , the management system will list all the devices matching the condition
On the add filter list choose Device Active
Device active means if user is still logged in on the device or not. If user is logged in the device status will be active , and if if user is logged out the device status will be not active. This values are listed on the dropdown list after choosing “Device Active” filter.
On the add filter list choose HDMI
HDMI value can be shown as 0 or 1. If the value is 1 means that the device has active the HDMI port , and it is connected. If the value is 0 means the HDMI port is not active and it is more connected to the smartphones or tablet devices.
