Create Customer Groups The main porpuse of creating customer groups is to distinguish the different type of clients you may have. The groups may be different types . like grouping the customers, staff users, promotional users etc. Other way of grouping may be based on territory they are located. Each company may create groups based on their sales and the operational ways.
Create Customer and Login Account Customer and login accounts are created in a single window, by filling the details for customer and credentials to login. Below we will explain all the fields needed to be filled in. To create the customer go to "Customers" and click on "Create". Groups - A drop down list will be shown with the groups created already. Select the one you want to associate the customer. First name - Customer first name. Last name - Customer Last Name. Email - Customer email. It should be unique. The system will not allow you to create clients with emails used already. Address - Customer Address (may be detailed). City - Customer
