Woocomerce is a billing system installed on a Wordpress website and can be integrated easily with the Magoware Management system for creating customers and associating subscriptions.
To integrate your Woocomerce billing system please follow the below steps:
Woocomerce Plugin should be version 3.8.1 (the latest update published for this plugin).
On the Magoware management system will need to fill in the below data under System. Configuration - Advanced Settings: a) Woocomerce URL - the Wordpress URL (ex. https://magoware.tv) b) Woocomerce Consumer Secret c) Woocomerce Consumer Key The above data are found on Woocomerce - Settings - Advanced - Rest API. Create a new API with the Read /Write Permissions.
Create Webhooks on Woocomerce Page under Woocomerce - Settings - Advanced - Webhooks. a) Webhook 1: Customer Created
b) Webhook 2: Woocomerce Payment Completed
On this case the delivery URL is : http(s)://serveraddress/apiv2/woocommerce/order_status_change?apikey=yourIPkey .
4. Match products between Woocomerce and Magoware Management System. To be able to link the subscriptions, please make sure to match the ID-s between the 2 systems. The connection is done between 'SKU' ID on the Woocomerce with the 'Product ID' field on Magoware. Make sure these 2 values are identical.
Note: In case of integration of Woocomerce with Magoware Management System, the customer will be created based on the information entered on Woocomerce page. On Magoware the username will be the customer email address and the password is set by default to be created '1234'.
